Born and raised in LA and based in the Bay Area for the last 7 years, Kaitlyn is a true Californian. She graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and previously worked as an Associate Director developing media campaigns for local brands like Allbirds and Ghirardelli. She draws from her experience in brand building and digital marketing, and applies her negotiation and creative-problem solving skills to her real estate strategies.

Kaitlyn is no stranger to building and maintaining relationships with a diverse clientele. She attributes her success to her ability to understand client needs and priorities, and provide tailored solutions. 

When she’s not with clients, you might run into Kaitlyn at local restaurants exploring new neighborhoods through food. She escapes to Tahoe to ski and enjoys hiking around the East Bay hills.
